DinkFast Inc. ("DinkFast", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our pickleball platform.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email, avatar) you provide via Clerk; profile fields you choose to add (city, province, DUPR ID); event RSVPs and round-robin scores you generate while using the product; technical logs (IP address, user agent) for security and debugging.
How we use your information
To operate DinkFast: authenticate you, run events and round robins, communicate transactional emails (RSVP confirmations, waitlist updates), prevent abuse, and improve the product based on aggregated usage.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies for authentication (Clerk) and a small set of analytics cookies (Vercel Analytics, Speed Insights). You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
Third parties
We rely on Clerk (auth), Supabase (database & realtime), Upstash (caching), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Mapbox (maps), and Vercel (hosting & analytics). Each is governed by their own privacy policies.
Your rights (PIPEDA / GDPR)
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. Email privacy@dinkfast.io and we will respond within 30 days. You may also withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.
